Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary[]
Trask mentions that he and Mara had been on a mission to Soaring Cliffs. The mission took place between the events in Grip of the Shadow Plague and Secrets of the Dragon Sanctuary. During the mission Trask and Mara interviewed a pair of adolescent Dragons.
"I am Mara Tabares. I was about to inherit the stewardship of the Lost Mesa preserve when it was overthrown and my mother was killed. A dragon played a key role in the tragedy, as did a spy from the Society. I've always had an unusual connection to wild animals. I am a skilled tracker and wind watcher. Some say I may have the potential to become a dragon tamer." She fell silent.
"More than potential," Trask added. "I worked with Mara in October at Soaring Cliffs, and she remained self-possessed during a prolonged interview with a pair of adolescent dragons. No small feat.[...]"
Dragonwatch[]
Agad leaves his old caretaker status at Living Mirage to watch over Soaring Cliffs. Bracken is also sent to assist at Soaring Cliffs, attempting to prevent the Dragons trying to overthrow the sanctuary. Another reason Bracken goes is because Ronodin has been spotted inside the sanctuary's walls. At the end of Dragonwatch, news is delivered that Soaring Cliffs has fallen.
Wrath of the Dragon King[]
It is mentioned that Lomo went on a mission to the sanctuary for the Knights of the Dawn about five years prior to the events of Wrath of the Dragon King.
